A few details…. When you come for an appointment, please come in the outside door labeled “Suite A” — that takes you into the waiting room. Just wait there and Kristen will come out and meet you. The forms are brief and can be filled out at the beginning of the session. Payment is typically rendered at the end of each session. If you are planning to use your Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance, please bring your card or subscriber ID number with you, and also know the details of your policy, such as whether or not you have a deductible to meet, what your co-pay is, and whether or not your policy covers mental health services.
